❌ ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, orders may enter processing or production and cannot be canceled.
• If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
You may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
📦 SHIPPING METHOD
Mooji Shop currently ships within the United States only.
We automatically select the most suitable shipping carrier based on your delivery location. Customers cannot select a specific shipping carrier at checkout.
⏱️ DELIVERY TIME
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 4–8 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
🔍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order by:
• Checking your shipping confirmation email.
• Using the tracking number provided in the email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
